Responsibilities:• Review, code, and enter invoices for construction materials, labor, and services• Verify subcontractor paperwork for compliance with company requirements before payment is released• Ensure all invoices have received appropriate approvals before processing• Prepare checks and process electronic payments for vendors• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and filing systems• Track and manage project budgets and expenses• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
